In accordance with our refund policy, you have the right to withdraw from the contract before your order is processed. If you choose to withdraw from the contract, you will be fully refunded for any payments made. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as your initial payment.
All transactions are conducted in U.S. dollars (USD). The refund amount will be issued in USD and will be processed within two business days following your written withdrawal request. Once the refund is issued, your bank or credit card company may convert the amount to your local currency according to its exchange rate.
If your payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the initial transaction. No refunds will be issued by money order, check, or cash. There is no fee for submitting a cancellation request.
